We can offer you guaranteed rent and a complete 'hands off' experience. We effectively become your tenant but we then allow guests to book nights at the property. We use various online portals to find guests and use a professional cleaning company to refresh the property after every booking. All maintenance is carried out and payed for by ourselves and at the end of the agreed term we can either renew your contract or return the property to you in the same condition we originally received it.
